We accept new patient living in the following postcodes: PA15, PA16 and PA18
Find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS inform website.
To register with the Practice:
- Download an online registration form from the NHS inform website
- Visit reception when we are open and collect a paper registration form
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS or CHI number.
